**What you’ll do**:

- Develop and manage relationships for the company and assist in growing the user base.
- Identify and execute outreach to potential partners, manage partnership requests, and act as point of contact throughout for the partner.
- Manage all elements of the business development lifecycle: scoping of opportunities, framing of value, negotiating agreements, implementation, and optimization.
- Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of campaign initiatives.
- Assess projects in order to understand value proposition, competitive advantages, team experience, commercial traction.
- Assist/lead deal initiatives, determining the right approach, sizing and scoping the opportunities, identifying risks and ways to mitigate them, and driving the plan for execution.
- Collect feedback from partners and the community, and introduce improvements. Manage ad hoc BD projects and initiatives.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Background in business development in the Blockchain/Fintech industry is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- In depth knowledge of affiliate marketing in the industry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about the Web3/ Blockchain industry
- **Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-Speaking counterparts.
