We are looking for a **young, energetic, and personable professional**to join our team as a **Sales Development Representative (SDR)**. If you love fitness, enjoy connecting with people, and have a passion for sales, this could be the perfect role for you

**Role Overview**

As an **SDR**, you will be the first point of contact for potential members, helping them take their first step toward a healthier lifestyle. Your main focus will be to **engage with leads, schedule trial sessions, and assist in converting them into members.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Engage with leads** - Reach out to potential members via WhatsApp, calls, and social media.
- **Schedule appointments** - Book trial workouts and consultations for interested prospects.
- **Create excitement** - Share your passion for fitness and UBX’s unique training experience.
- **Track and follow up** - Keep records of leads, follow up consistently, and update the CRM.
- **Support sales efforts** - Assist in membership sign-ups and promotions.
- **Be the friendly face of UBX** - Build relationships with potential and existing members.

- Passionate about fitness and a healthy lifestyle
- Strong communication and people skills
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, and CRM tools

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
