- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5.45 pm

**Key Responsibilities**
- Report to the Assistant Transport Manager.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring transport orders.
- Ensure transport orders meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and customers.
- Serve as the primary contact between external hauliers and the company.
- Plan and allocate delivery and transport orders efficiently.
- Maintain key data sets for reporting and present findings to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site observations in collaboration with hauliers.
- Perform audits on hauliers to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and execute transport orders effectively.
- Monitor transport orders to ensure they meet the company’s KPIs.
- Identify and address operational and service level gaps.
- Undertake additional ad-hoc duties and projects as required.

- At least 1 year of relevant working experience, including handling export, import, and general trucking order process flow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI).
- Prior experience in using SAP.
