Singapore Bikanervala Restaurants Full time

Ø To maintain the quality by following Bikanervala Standards.

Ø Should be very punctual.

Ø Should follow good hygiene standards i.e Daily Bath, Clean Shave, Full Uniform with Polished Shoes.

Ø Should maintain cleanliness around his place of work.

Ø Should have an idea of daily consumptions.

Ø Follow the standards and recipes of the company.

Ø Production should be completed in time.

Ø Follow FIFO.

Ø Clean all the utensils and place of work before leaving the place of work.

Ø Should keep the things at their designated place.

Ø Should always wear the cap.

Ø To make new innovative food items.

Ø To present the new food items to the store manager for the approval.

Ø To standardised the new food items after the approval.

Ø To train new chef

Ø To control food wastage & spoilage and to ensure that the food and beverage cost is kept low.

Ø To coordinate in ordering of finished and processed material required.

Ø To check equipments that they are maintained to proper standards.

Ø To ensure that stocks of food and beverage items confirm to the minimum requirement as laid down under the Dubai Municipality law

Ø At least two section with proper knowledge and SOP should be clear by each chef

Ø Support on other section whenever it required

Ø Take the lawful order from the managers

Ø Chewing tobacco and consumption of alcohol is not allowed on shift

Ø Take inventory and Put daily wastage on log sheet

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Early shift
- Late shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- Tandoor/Chaat/Sweets: 3 years (preferred)
