- Conduct in-depth global patent searches and analysis in the medical ultrasound industry to fully understand technological developments and provide IP-driven decision support for the company’s R&D direction.
- Continuously monitor competitors’ global patent portfolios, analyze their filing trends and technical focus areas to proactively identify potential patent risks and support strategic market planning.
- Carry out precise Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) analyses to ensure R&D projects are patent-compliant, avoid infringement risks, and ensure smooth project progress.

**Patent Mining and Filing**
- Identify innovations in medical ultrasound projects, formulate effective patent mining strategies aligned with industry trends and company strategy to ensure comprehensive protection of technical achievements.

**Patent Portfolio Strategy and Training**

**Other Tasks**

Complete other IP or project management-related tasks assigned by leadership, providing comprehensive support for the implementation of the company’s IP strategy and project management optimization.

**II. Job Requirements**

**Educational Background**
- Bachelor's degree or above in Medical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. A strong foundation in the medical ultrasound industry is preferred.

**Work Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in intellectual property, with expertise in patent search, analysis, mining, and filing processes. Proven experience handling patent matters in the medical ultrasound field. Familiarity with both domestic and international patent laws and regulations.

**Professional Skills**
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to efficiently drive project progress.
- Skilled in using patent search tools (e.g., CNIPA database, Derwent), with strong capability in quickly and accurately retrieving relevant patent information.
- Strong data analysis skills to support company decisions through patent data insights.

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent cross-functional communication skills to collaborate effectively with R&D, production, and marketing teams, ensuring accurate information flow and quick resolution of issues.
