Role Summary:
Responsible for the activities related to accounting, budget, costs and others, involving the control and data reporting of a specific Business Unit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the finance team to instill a disciplined and holistic approach for wealth protection and succession planning to ensure the continuity of the family legacy and sustainability of family wealth
- Strategic financial reports and thoughtful use of data to represent strategic vision
- Continuous improvement. Think digital and sustainable
- Provide oversight over transactions on ownership structures and capital structures by providing solutions on transactional issues, compliance issues and implementation
- Financial planning for family liquidity and investment funding
- Sustainable tax planning for efficiency and compliance in a dynamic global tax environment
- Provide support and coordinate family meetings (family business board and capital allocation), family workshops, and participate in family’s investment and credit committee meetings

**Requirements**:

- Good Honors degree from leading universities; CFA or MBA highly regarded
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experiences in financial management of large corporations, strategic consulting or M&A
- Excellent leadership, people management and engagement skills
- Strategic thinking and resource management skills
- Kept abreast with developments in finance, accounting and tax issues for risk mitigation
