**Job Functions & Summary**:
Responsible for all administrative supports within the Golf Operations department.

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Attend to any enquiries pertaining to golf, time sheet bookings, course reservation, bookings for private competitions etc.
- Follow up on members handicapping enquires.
- Action daily, weekly and monthly Handicapping reports for the club using the CHS and working with SGA.
- Support the Senior Golf Manager for general golf matters.
- Attend the Handicapping Committee Meeting with the Senior Golf Manager.
- Assist with golf events and tournaments scoring and registration needs.
- Prepare and type notices or any other correspondences pertaining to golf.
- Liaise and communicate with Club members on all matters pertaining to golf, competitions, draws and results.
- Support Reciprocal and Affiliation club bookings and follow up.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
