Process Engineer 1

**Responsibilities**:

- Process owner for die singulation process for SAW and BAW
- To establish systems/guidance in developing, sustenance and improvement of process capability indices to exceed/meet operations goals
- Conduct continuous improvement programs to optimize cost of maintenance and implement improvement projects to upkeep process capabilities and reliabilities
- To monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance
- To drive and troubleshoot out-of-control situations and process issues and put corrective actions in place
- To coordinator to start-up new equipment processes which involves process characterization and development
- Work as a team with equipment, integration and manufacturing engineers and external customers to meet modules objectives
- Establish work procedures, corrective actions and preventions
- Establishing good process margins and inline controls including setting up SPC control chart as well as maintenance of Cp/Cpk performance.
- Ensure productivity improvement through process optimization through the use of quality improvements tools
- Establish and maintain a good audit system for ISO requirements, internal and QA audit on process documentation
- Initiate, organize, develop and lead taskforce for short term problem solving and long term continuous improvement
- Analyze data and run daily yield report, create FMEA and procedure
- Yield analysis and lead trouble-shooting of defect and yield issues and process excursions associated with the new process/tools. - Resolving reliability or yield issues related to the Wafer singulation processes - Review daily process related issues in production line

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree of Engineering
- At least 4 year of experience in semiconductor field and manufacturing
- Experience in dicing SAW and BAW
- Experience working with Disco and Accretech dicing machines
- Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Self-driven leader and strong team player with keen technical ability, systematic approach, detailed-oriented, excellent problem-solving skills, and positive attitude.
