In charge of Shop+ inventory management and operations - online platform/s and in-store.
- Drive and source for seasonal sales, pop-ups and livestreams to augment physical presence. Work closely with auction and livestream partners to grow business.
- Contribute to the growth of Shop+ by initiating and implementing business ideas.
- Initiate the marketing of Shop+, including publicising stocks, location, and recognising corporate, group and individual fundraisers.
- Spearhead initiatives to enhance customer experience and loyalty, and increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance to financial and administrative requirements, and SPs in processing Shop+ sales.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Build and maintain close ties with donor partners, and ensure all collections are completed promptly and in a timely manner
- Acquire new sources of donations in-kind & Partnership
- Collection and issuance of donated items, including the documentation, recording and safe-keeping
- Manage the daily schedule of donation pickups with logistician
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for logistics and manpower support
