Responsibilities
  • Customer and Sales Support: Handle and respond promptly to large volumes of incoming emails, phone calls, and eShop orders, customer enquiries, feedback, and requests professionally. Process and track eShop sales orders from placement to delivery. Prepare, issue and/or submit invoices. Follow up on outstanding payments and account receivables. Prepare reports of daily, weekly, and monthly sales numbers and analysis. Submit quotations and proposals via Tenderboard or other procurement portals.
  • Website Management: Update the SE website with new product listings, promotions, and stock availability.
  • Production and Vendor Coordination: Liaise with production centres to align schedules and confirm order details. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Communicate with the regional hubs and other departments, and partners on operational matters.
  • Marketing and Sales Support: Assist in preparing marketing materials and simple campaigns for product launches including photo-taking. Conduct basic market research to identify customer needs and trends. Support Supported Employment partners with order fulfilment processes, invoicing, and order creation.
  • Sales and Business Development: Explore new business opportunities through calls, networking, or social media. Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Qualifications
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and business support roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English and a second language
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. NetSuite, Salesforce, WordPress), Microsoft Office, and online meeting tools (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet)
  • Knowledge of design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe) and digital platforms will be an advantage
