Lead a High-Performing Sales Team & Drive Growth Are you a passionate sales leader with a proven track record in the data center industry? If so, we're looking for you to join our team as a UPS Sales Manager In this role, you'll lead a team of 3-5 sales representatives, guiding them to achieve success in selling UPS solutions. You'll act as a coach, mentor, and strategic leader, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership & Development**: Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship opportunities.
- **Strategic Planning & Growth**: Develop and execute a winning sales strategy aligned with company objectives, identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share within your assigned territory.
- **Target Acquisition & Account Management**: Lead your team in prospecting, qualifying, and converting new leads into loyal customers. Manage existing customer relationships, fostering strong partnerships and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- **Solution Selling & Technical Expertise**: Collaborate with your team to understand customer needs and propose innovative UPS solutions that optimize data center efficiency and reliability.
- **Performance Management & Metrics**: Set clear sales goals and KPIs for your team, tracking progress, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring consistent achievement or exceeding of targets.
- **Profit & LossFocus**: Foster a cost-conscious sales culture, ensuring optimal margins and profitability within your team's sales activities.
- **Learning & Development**: Continuously stay up-to-date on the latest UPS technologies, industry trends, and regulations, actively participating in training programs and sharing knowledge with your team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the data center and UPS industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the data center industry and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales methodologies and CRM/CPQ systems.
- Data-driven approach with a focus on P&L management and sales forecasting.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on UPS technologies and industry trends.
