**Your Job**:

- Gain expertise with SPACE SPC systems to meet all TPC goals
- Gain expertise with SPACE ESPC systems to ensure good equipment control
- Raise PCRB and understand the requirement for PCRB opening, follow through with qual plan, analyze data using required software and CR closure
- Perform RMS, SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN or spec update with ECN. Provide guidance to Engineers
- Document and implement process capability and work with equipment Engineers to maximize productivity of the equipment Ensure productivity improvement through process optimization
- Establish plans and strategies to optimize process capability to meet operations requirements
- Troubleshoot process issues, establish CAS for procedures to be followed and work with other departments to create new recipes
- Spearhead projects to improve quality cost and throughput
- Set-up projects to upkeep process capabilities and reliabilities
- Start-up new processes which involve process characterization and development
- Develop new and revise existing methodologies for continuous improvement
- Discuss integration related issues and understand process flows
- Resolve complex technical issues in own Module or yield related issues
- Proactively provide sound technical advice and support to drive and work with internal/external customers to alleviate issues/concerns
- Facilitate in QIT programs to improve process capability
- Spearhead and explore into new areas and make positive contributions to the future direction of the group/company
- Take charge of group’s development and needs
- Perform appraisals and map career path for subordinates, if any
- Organize and provide training and guidance to Engineers and Associate Engineers to achieve maximum performance effectiveness
- Drive wafer scrap reduction. Ensure no human error
- Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering
- At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in process engineering, preferably in a Electronics / Electrical industry
- Min 8 years relevant experience in sub-micron wafer fab preferred
- Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
- Perform Normal / Swing Shift (or 12-hour rotating shift if required)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in foundry or similar industry background will be an added advantage
- Analytical with good interpersonal skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player and has strong leadership qualities
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- High Integrity
