About GLOBALFOUNDRIES

Essential Responsibilities include:

- Support TD process development in various Logic, NVM, HV and RF technologies (tech node from 130nm to 22nm)
- Good understanding of processes and process integration
- Define tool and process road map in accordance to TD’s technology Roadmap
- Startup of new process for new programs, including transfers from other GF sites and customers; Focus on process characterization and development
- Establish plan and strategies to optimize process capability of new technology to meet the technical, quality, cost, manufacturability requirements
- Lead, influence, coordinate and motivate respective modules team in delivering robust processes
- Work with PI in enabling new tools, processes, technology in Fab production environment with good process margin
- Initiate and drive projects to improve device, reliability, quality and yield improvement.
- Facilitate continuous improvement programs to improve process capability and process constraints
- Follow through process improvement with split, qual plan. Provide critical data analysis and suggestion on improvement
- Establish CAS / procedures to be followed and work with other departments for resolution if required.
- Sustain and improve processes to meet the program maturity from prove of concept to production for Tech Dev

Other Responsibilities:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

- Master/Bachelor in Engineering
- Min 6 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Industry
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

- Semiconductor process knowledge
- Integrated process/module experience
- SPC knowledge; Analyzing SPC statistic, knowing the rules and Cp Cpk Indices
- DOE split design; DOE data analysis; knowing Jump, Klarity ACE
- Problem solving skill
- Team player and cross-team collaboration
- Participate in relevant cross functional activities, such as misc Task Force activities
