- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF, IR8A, IR21, and other statutory requirements
- Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with payroll vendors if needed
- Handle grievances, warnings, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate training and safety course registrations (BCA, bizSAFE, CSOC)
- Manage leave, attendance, and overtime tracking
- Support HR audits and compliance checks

Admin Duties
- Manage office administration and supplies
- Maintain document control for projects and compliance
- Liaise with project teams on manpower and operational needs
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for admin-related services
- Handle claims, renewals, and licenses for the company
