**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant Field Application Engineer will work closely with the Product team, Sales team and the Support Team in carrying out Sales Support and Technical Support for the product lines.
- Work closely with Suppliers and Product team to facilitate demos, presentations, scoping and project management, with regular monitoring and tracking of progress of the activities
- Align and coordinate with suppliers for all technical data for updated presentation decks, specification sheets, brochures and demo equipment.
- Involve in pre-sales activities with Sales team; Promote product, provide recommendation and technical support to customer during their product development phase.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to provide in-depth technical support and advise to customers
- Conduct technical training presentation and product training to internal/external customers
- Spearhead development of new demand creation accounts
- Conduct seminars and training to customers
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in IT/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or other relevant major
- 2 Years of relevant working experiences
- Strong technical background and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with security system will be advantageous

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
