- Position Title**:Key Account Executive (F&B)**:

- Working Location: West - Tuas
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Monday to Friday: 8.30 am - 5.45 pm, Alternate Sat: 8.30 am - 12.30 pm)
- Salary Package**:Up to SGD 4000 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Involves strategic enhancement of key Singapore accounts to prevent reductions and/or terminations while nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Task with crafting sales strategies designed to meet or exceed set sales goals, thereby supporting the business's expansion.
- Oversee large national modern distribution accounts, spearhead sales growth by introducing new products/services to clients, and coordinate visits to existing and prospective customers.
- Oversee trade spending and negotiate trading terms with clients.
- Achieve the company’s predefined annual volume targets in line with its sales and promotional strategies.
- Monitor client profitability, assess the effectiveness of promotions, and provide follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the “Point of Sales Managers” team to guarantee frequent and successful in-store activities, ensuring top execution standards in the channel.
- Engage in Joint Business Planning with clients to synchronize plans aimed at meeting sales objectives, enhancing brand sales, and building client trust.
- Conduct periodic reviews with clients to discuss plans moving forward and year-to-date performance.
