UISC (User Insights and Support Center) is dedicated to TikTok user experience. Our workscope includes but not limited to optimizing products by reporting and monitoring bugs and feature insights from users' needs; processing and analyzing user feedback; following-up major user feedback incidents or fatals, monitoring feed quality VOU, initiating and performing swift user research and social listening, as well as TikTok beta testing etc.

1. Monitor and analyze user feedback on short video products, ensuring timely reporting of online issues while demonstrating a deep understanding of product functionality.
2. Collaborate with production and research teams to promptly report and resolve product bugs, ensuring high-quality user-provided evidence and driving effective problem resolution through clear and effective communication with relevant teams.
3. Identify user needs, provide optimization suggestions, and advocate for their implementation from the user's perspective.
4. Enhance the richness and completeness of user feedback, offering valuable insights to improve the product and implement optimized features.
5. Contribute to various projects, including internal testing, community operation, and picture style optimization, to optimize the product from multiple perspectives.
6. Collaborate with the China team in optimizing workflows and tools, providing support for cross-departmental cooperation projects.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher with proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
2. 1-3 years of experience in the Internet industry, preferably in user or product operation.
3. Possess a strong product sense and logical thinking abilities to identify areas for product improvement.
4. Passionate about social internet product-related work and demonstrates a keen interest in the field.
5. 8-hour staggered shifts are required, adapting to a fast-paced environment.
6. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
7. Able to manage speed and accuracy while adapting to a dynamic work environment.
