**Job Description**:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle the PO processing of internal and external requisition. Bulk volume of PO processing are from trade transaction in terms of hardware, software, licenses and services.
- Get quotation from distributors on bulk purchase or tender pricing.
- Strict compliance of PO and backend operations process.
- Due diligence of follow-up and follow-through on stock received, delivery to customers, with internal stakeholders and distributors.
- Administer office supplies / stationery / office equipment / refreshment and able to do stock monitoring.
- Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE “O” level / Diploma in Purchasing.
- At least 2 years working experience in purchasing preferably in IT service environment.
- Computer literate.
- Possess good negotiating, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, hands-on team player with positive and mature thinking.
