The Pre-IPO Fund Raiser is a crucial role responsible for leading the fundraising efforts in preparation for the initial public offering (IPO) of Amber Group, a precious metals wealthtech. As the Fund Raiser, you will play a pivotal role in securing funding from potential investors, building strategic relationships, and positioning Amber for a successful IPO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fundraising Strategy and Planning:

- Develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with Amber's IPO objectives and growth plans.
- Identify potential investors, including institutional investors, private equity firms, venture capitalists, and strategic partners.
- Conduct market research and due diligence to evaluate the viability of various fundraising avenues.
- Collaborate with the executive team and legal advisors to structure and negotiate investment terms and agreements.
- Investor Relations:

- Cultivate relationships with potential investors and maintain effective communication throughout the fundraising process.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, investment materials, and financial projections to attract and engage potential investors.
- Coordinate due diligence efforts and address investor inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Build a strong network of industry contacts and attend relevant conferences and events to expand the investor base.
- Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, ensuring regular updates on the company's progress and performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the executive team, finance, legal, and marketing, to coordinate fundraising efforts and investor communications.
- Foster a positive and professional image of Amber to investors, stakeholders, and the broader investment community.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced finance degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, or investment banking, preferably with exposure to IPO processes.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and fundraising best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct financial analysis, valuation assessments, and develop financial models.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong network of potential investors, including institutional investors and private equity firms, is advantageous.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including investors, executives, legal advisors, and industry professionals.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results.
- Understanding of securities laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to fundraising activities.
