As the CEO or Advisor for Pre-IPO Amber, you will play a pivotal role in leading and advising the company through the critical phase before its initial public offering (IPO). You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing operations, and positioning Amber for a successful transition to the public markets. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and deep knowledge of the financial and precious metals industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive pre-IPO strategy aligned with Amber's growth objectives and market conditions.
- Provide visionary leadership, guiding the company through critical decisions and initiatives.
- Identify new market opportunities, evaluate potential partnerships, and make strategic recommendations to maximize growth and shareholder value.
- IPO Preparation:

- Collaborate with the executive team, legal advisors, and investment bankers in the preparation for the IPO process.
- Oversee the drafting and review of offering documents, prospectuses, and other regulatory filings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant securities laws, regulations, and listing requirements.
- Financial Performance and Operations:

- Drive financial performance and operational efficiency, working closely with the finance and operations teams.
