**Overall Job Objectives**:
NVPC operates a national trusted platform for matching donors and volunteers to registered charities in Singapore. In light of a significant technology uplift in progress to fully modernize its current IT landscape, NVPC’s Digital Innovation team is now expanding. We are looking for a passionate, purpose-driven individual possessing the right mindset & aptitude to create impact to serve the community and societal needs at a national level.

As a Business Analyst with the Digital Innovation team, you will determine business requirements and translate them into user-centric stories for stakeholder alignment and development.

You will be working in a multi-stakeholder environment (internal users, vendors and multi-government agencies as well as key partners), and must be comfortable working independently or collaboratively with analysts, designers, developers and various stakeholders to coordinate, conceptualize, plan, execute, track product releases and contribute actively to team goals. Being able to communicate complex business insights in a clear and concise manner is a must.

**Core Duties And Responsibilities**:

- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to identify, gather and verify user requirements as user stories for user alignment and development.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Work with development team and stakeholders and development team to establish delivery timeline, key milestones, resource needs, monitor delivery progress, including acceptance of UAT.
- Analyse and support the design of technical solutions to enable integration with other systems
- Work closely with the development team to ensure product features and design conform to product roadmap and goals.
- Provide support for existing operations, including support and maintenance for existing systems, incident management, service requests and fulfillment of change requests.
- Develop product roadmaps for the intended product(s).
- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

**Key Deliverables**:
**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year of digital product development experience, preferably on platforms.
- Experience in managing products and ensuring its growth in accordance to internal and external demands and trends.
- Highly motivated in problem-solving with strong investigative skills.
- Effective self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of managing business stakeholders, partners and external vendors.
- Familiarity with SQL syntax and Java programming concepts.
- Understanding of UI/UX concepts is a plus.
- Experience in HTML, CSS and Javascript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
- Experience in the entire Software Delivery Lifecycle process (SDLC), and understanding of the ITSM framework and processes is advantageous, along with familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jira, Confluence (or equivalent).
