**About Our Client**:

- Create and submit invoices, process payments, and issue credit notes
- Create and post journal entries
- Conduct reviews of travel and expense reports
- Reconcile, analyse, and prepare reports, schedules, and vendors' statements of accounts
- Address and follow up on inquiries and concerns from internal and external parties, which may involve clarifying tax treatment relating to GST applicable invoices
- Assist with tax and legal reporting obligations
- Participate in periodic reviews of processes to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency
- Other ad-hoc duties

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience handling Accounts Payable matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel with hands-on experience in SAP accounting software
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to think critically
