Accounts Payable Executive

Singapore SONY MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT SINGAPORE (PTE.) LTD. Full time

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for general accounts payable functions including reconciliations, payment scheduling and supplier enquiry responses for Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

**What you'll do:
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts and balance sheet accounts;
- Preparation of creditor invoice packages for data entry including purchase order matching;
- Making sure the payments processed have necessary supporting and appropriate approval according to the company policies;
- Follow up of supplier and internal queries;
- Handling all employee expense claim processing and payments;
- Intercompany netting process;
- Preparation of electronic, and international payments;
- Provide weekly reporting to Finance on open items and any other issues and balancing to the ledger each month;
- Maintain supplier master data;
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports;
- Support external audits;
- Any other duties including projects that may be assigned from time to time.

**Who you are:
- Minimum 2 of experience in Accounts Payable
- Able to handle multiple currencies
- Proficient in SAP
- Able to work independently
- Have strong attention to details
