
Operations Lead, Core Program

Iterative runs a 12-week program twice a year for companies we invest in. It is a full-stack program where founders work with our Partners to build their companies - attending office hours and sessions by visiting experts remotely. Be they incubating or accelerating, founders are expected and supported to grow their companies during the 12 weeks, culminating in a Demo Day with investors from our network.
You will be responsible for this core program, ensuring that all stakeholders have the optimal experience: participating founders, visiting Partners, and even applicants.
During the batches, you will be responsible for delivering real and sustained value to Iterative founders through a well executed batch program. To achieve this, you will be responsible for day-to-day execution of our accelerator program, organizing events (speakers, Demo Day, etc.) and gathering feedback from founders. You will also work with visiting Partners to monitor participating companies, and help identify resources available to support the founders they're mentoring. It's a great opportunity to see how incubators & accelerators operate, as well as meet & work with investors, experienced founders, & experts throughout the ecosystem.
Outside of the batches, you will be working with the rest of the Iterative team to update the design of core program based on your observations. You will also work with our Growth team to deliver at-scale “light” versions of parts of the program for early-stage founders, to support recruitment for the next batch.
**What You Will Do**:
- Execute on operations for core program: from logistics, to communications, to onboarding, to event management. Juggling all of this will require strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Developing & executing playbooks for specific event types: workshops, talks, etc.
- Involved in a mix of event hosting, communications, logistics, feedback collection + experiments, booking guest speakers, etc.
- Highlighting capability gaps that should be addressed via visiting Partners' feedback, and identifying the suitable experts in our network.
- Capturing and analyzing data to evaluate core program efficacy and efficiency.
- End to end ownership of our admissions process' SLAs.
**Who You Are**:
- Demonstrable high output, execution, and hustle - an ability to own all operations, and an eagerness to dive into the nitty-gritty details.
- Has strong communication skills - in particular, writing documents.
- Has great interpersonal skills, and comfortable in customer-facing roles.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, often scrappy, sometimes chaotic environment.
- Interest in learning and working in our no-code infrastructure.
- Experienced people manager - while this is currently an individual contributor role, the team is rapidly growing. We want all our senior folk to have experience in developing more junior colleagues, whether they are direct reports or not.
- Bonus: experienced or interested in capability development and/or coaching.
**What to Expect**:
- Our goal is to increase the GDP of Southeast Asia through entrepreneurship, seriously.
- You'll be able to work remotely and (mostly) set your own schedule.
- You'll have a lot of flexibility in your role, and will be able to help define what our operations infrastructure looks like going forward.
- We're an early stage startup. Projects and priorities are likely to shift.
- You should be comfortable with a dash of chaos. This is not the kind of job where you show up and we tell you exactly what to do every day.
**Location**
Our team is 100% remote but we prefer people who are either in Southeast Asia or in the US.
