GFT is one of nine organizations within Operations and Technology (O&T) and serves as an important enabler to Citi's strategy. The function supports the needs of departments such as Finance, Risk, Compliance, HR, and other regulatory requirements.

Our mission is to deliver world-class technology solutions for Citi's Global Functions using common data, analytics, and platforms. As a group, we deliver innovative technology solutions to enable Citi to meet regulatory commitments, mitigate risk and operate in a cost-effective manner with highly effective controls.

The APAC Junior Process Analyst is an individual contributor role reporting to the APAC GFT Process Analyst and working closely with the Risk and Control team for APAC. This role would require an individual with strong process analysis and framework experience that support on-going operation and simplification of Global Functions Technology.

Roles and Responsibilities

The role will support the GFT APAC Process Analyst, and the responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Support the effort to identify potential gaps through the review of current processes with focus in third party management, risk and control areas and the in-country teams.
- Own the administrative function of the team which includes but not limited to the creation and maintenance of process playbooks and presentation decks.
- Support process implementation efforts by producing training materials, running educational sessions across APAC and with relevant key stakeholders.
- Own the production and maintenance of all required MIS reporting of the team, including proposing new MIS reporting to better capture and represent the works in our area.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall value chain.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented process improvements.
- Supports GFT APAC head in the running of Citi Singapore Disability network.

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of experience in business oversight and risk management.
- Excellent in oral and written communication skills with the ability to grasp process and framework quickly.
- Willingness to ask questions and seek out answers, with a desire to improve processes.
- Ability to prioritize is key as is ability to juggle several tasks at once.
- Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with strong interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
