**About the Department**:
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with requirement stakeholders to understand complete requirements of the system enhancements
- Plan and manage testing resources to ensure testing is completed within timeline and budget
- Coordinate testing activities including review of test scripts and test results
- Participate in user acceptance testing in manual and automation test execution
- Track and monitor testing progress and defect resolution
- Provide regular test progress report
- Engage relevant stakeholders on test results review
- Ensure user acceptance testing exit criteria are met before signoff
- Participate in live verification for system enhancements and projects
- Provide post implementation support

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Technology, Finance and Banking or equivalent
- 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience in system project implementations of retail banking and channel initiatives
- Good knowledge/understanding of retail operation processes & system capabilities/functionalities
