**About the Department**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with Operations team to leverage on data to derive insights/action plans
- Collaborate with Tech, DMO (Data Management Office), and Ops to identify data needs
- Mine, develop and analyze data using machine learning/predictive modelling/optimization/forecasting techniques to drive operational improvements and monitor outcomes
- Develop testing framework and testing model quality
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in building machine learning models (Python, R, Spark)
- Expert in querying and manipulating raw datasets for analysis using SQL
- Self-starting, curious and motivated individual operating in ambiguity
- Demonstrated experience leveraging data driven models to drive business decision
