**Nextevo, **a Singapore-based sustainable startup, is pioneering the transformation of

agricultural byproducts, with established operations in Indonesia and Thailand and

expansion plans for the Philippines and Vietnam. Our mission is to convert post-harvest

byproducts into high-value added materials for sustainable têxtiles, bioplastics, and biomass.

With a strong focus on sustainability, we drive economic opportunities and contribute to the

global shift towards eco-conscious industries. Nextevo collaborates with R&D organizations,

cooperates with pineapple and coconut plantations, and partners with sustainable fashion

brands to incorporate pineapple leaf fibre into têxtiles.

**About The Job**

This role offers a great opportunity for the person who is passionate in marketing têxtile/fashion sustainability. It encompasses promoting eco-friendly têxtiles, attracting environmentally conscious consumers, and contributing to a more sustainable fashion industry.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
The position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote a brand that focuses on using natural fibre material to transform from yarn/fabric to sustainable têxtile/fashion:

- Brand Strategy: work together with founder/CEO, the General manager and the product development to develop & implement the marketing strategy that aligns with the brand’s sustainability goals and values.
- Content Creation that highlights the eco-friendly features of the brand’s fibers, yarn & fabrics, such as blog posts, social media content and product descriptions. This also cover campaign management & customer education.
- Build and maintain relationships with media and influencers to secure press coverage and endorsements for the brand's sustainable initiatives. Also act as a spokesperson for the brand, advocating for sustainable practices and raising awareness about the environmental impact of têxtile production.
- Opportunities to work with regional or local boutique brands to using Nextevo products to launch the boutique brand fashions.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

**Bioplastic and Biomass**

The job scope is limited to content creation and media release but he/she is required to participate and understand the Nextevo marketing strategy to be consistent with the overall company sustainable vision and strategy.
