**Main Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the factory's annual budget development and control, monthly analysis and promote the improvement of related departments to ensure that the annual target is reached.
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating the internal statistical work of the production department in a reasonable and orderly manner, as well as the possible coordination and communication with other departments.
- Analyze the operation cost and make continuous improvement.
- Assist the relevant pillars and organizations to organize and analyze data according to specific needs.
- Regularly organize and participate in the production department's morning meeting and other departmental meetings, and prepare the monthly meeting report information.
- With production, warehouse and other related departments, complete the monthly and annual inventory, inventory report.
- Maintenance of production operation data and material balance, familiar with SAP system.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking or related field.
- Proven experience min. 5 years in cost control/cost analyst in manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and cost management tools.
- Knowledge of packaging manufacturing processes and cost drivers is a plus.
- Having knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering method, and SAP system is preferable.
- Willing to be placed in Indonesia.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
