Overview

  • As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful execution of projects by managing project costs and ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tender submissions, handle progress claims, and progress payments to ensure accurate cost control.
  • Research and estimate costs for materials, furniture, and products to minimize project expenses.
  • Develop and manage project cost control from initial calculations to final figures.
  • Handle quotations and pricing with contractors, evaluating their proposals and specifications.
  • Minimize project costs while maintaining required standards and quality.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Building.
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in similar field.
  • Strong organizational skills, responsible, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Able to work on multiple projects within simultaneous timelines.
