**1 year Contract Senior Customer Care Officer x 7 (renewable and convertible to permanent position)**

**Location: Telok Ayer / Serangoon North**

**Working hours: 5-day work week (3 shifts, shift can fall anytime between 8:30am to 8:30pm)**

**Salary: Up to $2800 per month (commensurate with experience)**
- Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
- Able to work during weekend
