
Product Support Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Focus on product development and improvement for VIPs/INS clients
- Design and launch products with CHP and BUs to acquire more VIPs/INS clients and Trading volumes.
- Keep track of new VIPs/INS product deliverable timeline.
- Collecting clients feedback to improve our VIPs/INS product offering
- Working with BI/Sales force to keep track performance of new products.
**Requirements**:
- Must be exceptional at organizing data (excel, google sheet).
- Experience with business intelligence software preferred (PowerBI, Tableau).
- English and Chinese (one fluent, one at least conversational)
- Project experience in financial services, fintech, or blockchain deals.
- Project experience in affiliate marketing, or digital product regional expansion
