**What you will be working on**
- This position is to provide leadership, guidance and advice to the team who oversee the development of football players and coaches across the ecosystem as well as oversee the deployment of analytics technology across all levels of the pathway.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Plan and oversee the deployment of analytics technology across all levels of the pathway.
- Maintain a central body for data collection, analysis and usage
- Establish a system for the collated data to be analysed and utilised across all levels of the pathway
2. Lead and oversee the management and development of football coaches in tandem with the required numbers/accreditation level across all levels of the pathway.
- Assess and refine the coaching accreditation system with FAS and CoachSG
- Work with relevant divisions in SportSG to coordinate the deployment of coaches to local/overseas clubs for development
3. Conceptualise, propose and develop the youth structure to increase the base of young players and enhance the elite pipeline to create an ideal daily training environment across the ecosystem.
- Establish ties with clubs (local and overseas) to coordinate the transition of players from development to professional setups
- Monitor & review progress of policies and programmes
**What we are looking for**
- We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
- A Bachelor degree in Sport Management, Sports Coaching, Sports Science or any other sports-related fields, preferably football related
- At least 10 years of proven experience and/or track record in High Performance experience with strong background in either coaching or high performance football/sport administration
- Has relevant experience in athlete management with strong emphasis on achieving key performance indicators
- Has good track record of leadership abilities
- Possess a learning mindset with a strong ability to work in teams
- Capable of engaging a diverse group of stakeholders in the spirit of building partnerships
- Possess good conceptual, analytical and project management skills
- A passion and interest in football coaching and player development
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels from youth players to senior coaches
