We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our Leather Goods, cleaning and restoration services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries, providing exceptional service, and resolving customer concerns promptly and accurately. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients.

**Customer Service Executive**

Provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.

You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.

A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.

**Job scope and Responsibilities**

Manage customer enquiries, process orders, take pics of customer items, stock inventory and follow up on delivery datesProvide accurate information (e.g. share and explain on leather expertise services and descriptions, product features, pricing and after-sales services. Be a knowledge leader on leather care and maintenance)

Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services

Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing of services

Cross-sell or upsell services and products

Greet and direct customers

Coordinate with backend and craftsmen to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

Inform customers about discounts and special offers

Provide customer feedback to the Sales Manager

Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Understanding of the retail sales process

Familiarity with consumer behavior principles

Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

Meet and achieve sales quotas as a team

Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
