**Co-Development Business Unit** is looking for **UI/UX Designer**

**This is a 1-Year Contract role (plus possible extension depending on project needs).**

**What will you do?**
- Lead the design strategy and execution of complex user experiences while mentoring junior designers.
- Your comprehensive expertise will shape our design direction, influence product strategy, and establish best practices.
- Core responsibilities include:
- Lead user research initiatives and stakeholder engagement to shape product direction
- Define and implement research methodologies to uncover deep user insights
- Create and validate high-impact design solutions through prototypes and testing
- Establish and evolve our visual design system and standards
- Lead design reviews and provide strategic direction for improvements
- Partner with engineering leads to optimise design implementation
- Develop and govern design patterns and systems while mentoring team members

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in UX design with an outstanding portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and complex problem-solving
- Deep expertise in design systems and pattern libraries
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior designers
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Expert mastery of design tools including Figma and prototyping platforms
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and technical constraints
- Track record of driving user-centred design initiatives
- Experience in leading design strategies for complex systems
- Scrum certification and experience in agile environments preferred
