Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of impactful software applications as a Senior UX Designer.
  • Develop user-centric digital products and services that meet the needs of core users.
  • Lead the UX design process from ideation to launch for projects in their discovery stage.
  • Understand users' goals, pain points, behavior, and needs through user research activities.
  • Translate insights into actionable design solutions for high-quality deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes).
  • Communicate product or system capabilities and requirements effectively.
  • Validate design decisions through usability testing: plan, execute, and analyze tests.
  • Design system structure and behavior, information flows, and workflows.
  • Test and refine products to ensure they enable users to meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer, especially in 0-to-1 projects.
  • Prior experience in designing websites and mobile apps.
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of coding (HTML, CSS) will be advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in Government projects/Public facing projects is an added advantage.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing is essential.
