**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day deployment.
- Focus on training and development.
- Work 6 days a week (9 AM to 6 PM).
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.Provide recruitment support.

**Job Requirements**
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively on-site.
- Experience in conducting meetings with clients on-site.
- Strong customer-oriented and people skills.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours when required.
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License and PLRD License.Proficient in computer skills (PC literate).

- Understanding security operational requirements.
- Engaging security officers as a Site Security Executive.
- Managing security officers' needs, HR matters, and administration.
- Conflict resolution.

- Conducting site visits and supervisory checks.
