**Reporting to**:
Restaurant Manager
- Schedule / Reservation for tables and ensure that tables are set before customers’ arrival
- Manage the front desk by receiving incoming calls, greeting and attending to customers
- Inform customers on the availability of tables and direct them to the tables
- Communicate and inform restaurant manager on customers’ bookings, needs and complaints
- Responsible for the sanitation and display standards of the restaurant’s front
- Knowledge of concierge-related queries and information about surroundings to assist customer’s query
- Other ad-hoc duties as when required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/ Degree holder or equivalent
- Preferably in F&B or Hospitality industry, minimum three (3) year of related experience
- Diligent and customer-oriented skills
- Pleasant with a positive and approachable attitude
- Able to work in a fast pace working environment
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays
