**Job Purpose**

To execute strategic initiatives and support client success from innovation to commercialisation. The role blends client-facing project support with internal strategy execution, helping advance Nurasa’s broader mission through collaborative, cross-functional work. The Senior Associate will also contribute, where relevant, to strategic transactions, organizational planning or partnership assessments in collaboration with the wider strategy team.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
1. Project Delivery & Cross-Functional Execution
- Lead the onboarding and delivery of multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
- Support strategic account management by maintaining strong partner engagement, influence stakeholders, surfacing opportunities, and coordinating cross-functional inputs to align with partner goals and commercial outcomes.
- Execute partner engagement programs, including delivery of Nurasa's service modules that support client go-to-market efforts
- Draft and refine commercial proposals, including terms of collaboration and financial/pricing models.

2. Governance & Risk Management
- Maintain project documentation, reporting tools, and planning dashboards to support internal governance and external communications.
- Flag execution risks early, support issue resolution, and ensure accountability across teams and workstreams.

3. Market Research & Strategic Insight
- Conduct targeted market research to identify whitespace opportunities, customer needs, and competitive benchmarks in food and nutrition innovation.
- Translate the insights into actionable strategic recommendations, contributing to the development of go-to-market and partnership strategies
- Where relevant, support the identification and capture of ecosystem opportunities—such as grants, accelerators, or industry programs—to advance strategic initiatives.

4. Strategy Support
- Contribute to internal strategic planning materials, including investment pitches and board presentation

5. Deal Support (Project-Based)

Support evaluation of strategic partnerships or investment opportunities through market research and coordination with the strategy team

**Minimum Relevant Experience**:

- 4-7 years in strategy, partnerships, consulting, or innovation.
- Experience supporting client-facing projects and commercialization initiatives
- Exposure to food, biotech, health, or sustainability sectors will support faster onboarding and deepen understanding of ecosystem dynamics

**Minimum Academic Requirement**:

- Degree in business, economics, marketing, life sciences, food technology, biotechnology, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience and demonstrated capability will also be considered.
