**Role Description**
- In charge of the daily mise en place, preparation, cooking and presentation of all food to ensure smooth operation during meal time.
- Ensures all food prepared and served is according to the standards set by Head Chef.
- Carry out given recipes and instructions with precision and speed.
- Ensures high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety are always maintained throughout all kitchen areas.
- Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with SFA standards.
- Cleaning, organizing and responsible for kitchen equipment as per instruction manuals
- Preparing staff meal on rotational basis

**Requirements**:

- Applicants with positive attitude, hardworking and team player.
- For non-Singaporean, only WorkPass eligibility need to apply.
- ‘O’ Levels, ‘N’ Levels, Diploma or ITE certificate. Other culinary/services related qualification will be considered.
- Training provided.
- Remuneration will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Straight shift but must be able to work on weekends and eve/public holidays.
