**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Tasks**:

- Perform trainings and workshops.
- Coach managers and teams in different functions and locations.
- Actively listen and involve people from all relevant levels of the organization.
- Manage Excellence roll-out.
- Project management of Excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with other initiatives (e.g., Digital).
- Identify new potential Excellence initiatives.
- Align with the Head of Excellence team on the progress of the transformation.
- Establish and oversee audit programs and ensure compliance with local and global standards.
- Perform and oversee lean analysis.
- Share experience with global Excellence team, ensure cross-locational learning and best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Successful transformation of assigned site(s) to Excellence culture.
- Responsible for local Excellence communication
- Execution of excellence initiatives on time, in scope and in budget
- Sustainable continuous improvement as integral part of Excellence by avoiding local or functional optima.
- Creation respectively adoption of global best practices in the functions
- Utilization of Excellence tools for improvements across the functions within the value streams and their services
- Access to all data, platforms and strategic project information
- Participation in relevant functional / management meetings
- Functional leadership of project teams

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience (line / project).
- At least 5 years of business experience in one or more of the relevant areas.
- Strong team player and networker; ability to work at all levels across the organization: Must be able to effectively lead or influence multidisciplinary teams.
- Must have the passion to learn how to buy in others, how to facilitate a team, how to present.
- Passionate for improvement and strong bias for action and results orientation.
- Natural leader who actively listens to others and values others’ opinions.
- High customer orientation, passionate, highly motivated and result-oriented.
- Lean/Six Sigma/Shingo/Continuous Improvement knowledge advantageous.
- Knowledge of English, knowledge of other languages highly desirable.
