Our client is a global MNC in the food manufacturing space. They are currently on the lookout for a Green/Black Belt professional to support on a variate of Business Improvement projects along their manufacturing operations.

**Scope**

At this position you will be reporting into the Business Improvement Manager based in Singapore. You will be expected to support data collection activities, analysis, and solution recommendations + implementation utilizing (6-sigma tools and methodologies i.e. RCA) Lastly, you will be also responsible for Yellow Belt training support.
- Full-time, permanent role
- Based in Tuas area (shuttle bus available)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or relevant field
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- 2 to 5 years of work experience in Continuous / Process / Business Improvement role in a manufacturing / production plant environment (preferably consumer goods/pharma/healthcare space)
- Well versed in MS Office package (Excel + Power Point)
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset

**Remuneration**
- Basic + AWS + VB
- Negotiable depending on experience and suitability
