Guest Relations Officer

**Duties**:

- Provide friendly and efficient check in and check out service for Hotel Guests

Provide efficient, friendly and cordial service at the Hotel Front Desk
- Carry out completion of the registration process by retrieving and inputting information with routine difficulty from a computer system and check-in confirming the guest's hotel reservation information.
- Willing to take on a proactive role by always being at the Hotel Reception counters and Lobby Ensuring that all hotel policies and instructions implemented are followed throughout.
- Basic cashiering and credit card handling.
- To take phone enquiries and internet hotel room reservations
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and special requests in a professional manner, ensuring prompt actions at all times.
- Prepare shift reports for submission to accounts.
- Maintain the hotel’s high standard of service and hospitality.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Nitec / GCE 'O' Level
- Applicant with 2 Years' Experience in a similar role with hotel background & knowledge will be considered for a more Senior Role
- Must be able to communicate in fluent English and provide good customer service.
- Wiling to work on Weekends / Public Holidays (Rotate among the Team)

**Other**:

- Location: Working distance from Labrador Park MRT (Hotel is located within the Labrador Nature Reserve Park)
- Morning Shift : 7am to 3pm

Afternoon Shift: 3pm to 11pm
Night Shift: 11am to 7am
- 6 off days per month
- Salary: $2300 to $2600

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,600.00 per month
