To achieve this goal, we are looking for a Specialist Capability Development (Commercial) who will be accountable for the identification, development, implementation and evaluation of learning and development initiatives across the Commercial Product Group. The incumbent will coordinate and facilitates a wide range of learning and development programs to support organisational needs.

This role will work closely with various stakeholders and AoE to support our capabilities development program within commercial business. You will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
**Capabilities Development**
- Delivers learning and development programmes to support Rio Tinto Commercial employees across a range of leadership and development areas of focus
- Proactively identifies, coordinates and leads improvement in learning systems and services
- Builds productive relationships with other learning and development staff, working with internal stakeholders (HR Business Partners, People Experience and Areas of Expertise) where appropriate to exchange information and resources
- Improves the learning and development course offering by providing feedback and suggestions
- Drives the development and implementation of learning and development initiatives to support future capability
- Maintains the Commercial Capability Element platform and supports awareness and education on development offerings for all Commercial employees
- Analyses learning needs of customers as required, and provide advice on appropriate solutions
- Develops curriculum for professional, leadership training programs to be delivered across the business within the Rio Tinto training strategy and commonly agreed core curriculum
- Identifies opportunities for development and rationalisation of systems and the adoption of a common / consistent approach to learning and development across the business
- Supports the development and delivery of training packages aligned with Rio Tinto competencies
**Commercial Graduate Management**
- Central point of contact for Commercial Graduates, Graduate Leaders and Graduate Career Sponsors through all aspects of the Graduate Commercial program
- Support Commercial HRBP with the Commercial Graduate and intern demand planning aligned to people and location strategy and talent pipeline requirements
- Work with leaders to ensure rotations are initiated in line with Commercial Graduate Rotation Principle
- Oversee the Intern to graduate conversion process with the support of the Graduate Talent team

**Your previous experience should include**
- At least 5 years of experience in HR with focus in talent management and organisational development
- Strong business acumen, able to diagnose and analyse issues and drive appropriate solutions
- Coaching and business partnering experiment
- Learning agility
- Cultural awareness, with experience in working in multinational corporations and cross-culture environment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including collaborating across large, matrix structures to achieve optimal outcomes
- Experience establishing senior leader buy-in and governance
- Bachelor Degree
