- Position Title**:Logistic Specialist (Shipping)**:

- Working Location: Kallang
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $3,400 + VB**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily shipments and communication with forwarders.
- Manage shipping bookings and document follow-ups.
- Ensure all shipping documentation is prepared and shared with relevant parties.
- Oversee logistics for machine shipments, including crating and forklift coordination.
- Prepare key shipping documents and arrange crate fumigation as needed.
- Package and dispatch spare parts per marketing requests.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in shipping or logistics.
- Familiarity with Syspro Business software is advantageous.
