Associate, HR Operations

Provide operational and administrative HR support to our respective business units and the HR team, ensuring efficiency & accuracy throughout the function on a day-to-day basis. Partner with various elements within HR as the operational SME to support the delivery of their services and programs, contribute to the ongoing effort to maximise the employee experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Own the HR Operations function, executing key processes throughout an employee’s life-cycle, this includes but is not limited to reference checks, preparation of employment related documentation, assisting with employee relocations etc.
- End-to-end Payroll processing for our employees in Singapore, and Vietnam, working with internal & external parties to deliver compliant, timely & accurate payroll services in each location.
- Administer HR programs for employees as required, including Group Health Insurance.
- Maintain the integrity of our HR data & systems via data audits, updates, queries and reports as required.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by constantly reviewing processes & systems, suggesting changes to deliver faster, better, and smarter results.
- Contribute to employee communications from HR to ensure updates and/or new requirements are clear and well received.
- Support other HR team members as required on cyclical exercises across in the areas of C&B and L&D,.
- Handle general office administration.
- Provide executive administrative support to Senior Management, assisting with complex calendar arrangements and logistics where required.
- Arrange and coordinate internal/external meetings and agendas.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support where needed.
**Requirements**:
- You will have 2-4 years’ Payroll and/or HR Operations experience.
- You will already have a solid understanding & working knowledge of Singapore employment, retirement and tax rules & regulations.
- If you currently manage, or have exposure to overseas payroll processing in Vietnam, it will be advantageous.
- A good command of spoken & written English will be a plus.
- Numerically & technically savvy, you will be comfortable working with HR & Payroll systems, in addition to being proficient with Google and/or MS Office.
- As you’ll be working on payroll, timing & accuracy is key so being someone with great time management skills and a high level of attention to detail is a must
