**Roles & Responsibilities**:
The F&B supervisor is required to manage the overall operations of the venue, including the development and performance management of employees. He/she must ensure the team have complete knowledge of F&B offerings, services, promotions and F&B knowledge to promote to guests at point of interaction.

He/she must actively aid in the recruitment of F&B positions and ensures all mandatory trainings are conducted to achieve the desired service standards.

He/she will also be required to aid the Kitchen Manager in production operations during when needed.

**Primary Duties**:

- Responsible for the smooth operations of the outlet
- Ensure food products are consistently prepared and served according to food quality standards.
- Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition by following Standard Operations Procedures.
- Guide and monitor kitchen staff performance standards.
- Perform inventory checks and product ordering.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Coach, train, and supervise staff to operate stations.
- Provide coordination and services for both kitchen and service.
- Communicate daily and act as a liaison between operations staff and management.
- Enforcement of hygiene regulations and upkeep of the restaurant's cleanliness
- Oversee the training of kitchen personnel in cleanliness and sanitation practices
- Responsible for employees’ performance and discipline
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in the workplace
- Lead & motivate staff

**Requirements**:

- Willing to learn and positive attitude
- Minimum 1 years in F&B operations. (BOTH Service and Culinary)
- Willing to work during evening shifts, and possibly weekends and public holidays
- Passion for people & food.
- Enjoy challenges and able to cope in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership & positive mindset
- At least 1 years of relevant working experience working in similar roles in the F&B industry
- Good interpersonal skills

Training will be provided at designated locations.
