Reporting to the Operations Lead, the Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for contributing member of our team and is responsible for accurately managing our material inventory. This role will serve as a resource while attending to customer requirements. Sound judgment and expertise in the warehouse to make recommendations to our business partners to improve inventory metrics are important elements of the job. The ability to troubleshoot sophisticated issues and collaborate with others are keys to success

**_What you will be doing? _**
- Managing inbound and outbound shipments.
- Updating of the inventory and logistics receipts to Operations Lead on daily basis.
- Managing regular order dispatch on time to the consumers.
- Managing sample returns at the inventory and consolidate for bulk dispatch to the lab partners.
- Following up with local 3rd Party logistics executives for timely pickups.
- Understanding future inbound as per the plan shared by Operations Lead.
- Updating of goods receipt notes.
- Managing gate passes on daily basis for inward and outward shipments.
- Co-ordinating with external parties like (security guards, gate in charges, shift in charges etc.) to follow up on stock arrival at storage premises.
- Performing physical inventory and daily counts accurately.
- Physically stocking and supporting the re-supply of all necessary inventory.
- Working with appropriate parties to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.
- Managing vendor adherence to established practices, including regularly scheduled inventory review, payment practices and contract adherence.

**_What will you bring to the role? _**
- 1+ year of ecommerce/ retail/ distribution experience.
- Basic knowledge in Excel.
- Basic Knowledge in Operating Windows system.
- A curious self-starter, able to work independently without excessive oversight
- An effective multi-tasker that can set priorities and schedule work activities.
- Must be willing to work after hours, on-call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holiday as needed.
- Ability and willingness to thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
