We are looking for an experienced Inventory Executive / Inventory Coordinator/ Operation Executive to manage daily inventory operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage Inventory Management System (Key fields) to record inventory - incoming/outgoing goods
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments of physical parts against shipping documents and ensure accuracy
- Update daily and timely on all incoming/ outgoing stock accurately
- Timely update to internal departments/customs with order reports.
- Maintain and update the Inventory Management Reports, and generate inventory reports
- Monitor, track and maintain in-house system and warehouse inventory levels
- Investigate discrepancies/issues and perform stock count
- Inventory reconciliation between in-house system and the physical
- Perform stock transfers, stock allocation and stock adjustment
- Retail outlet order processing and delivery coordination
- Conduct physical cycle count and stock take - monthly/quarterly/yearly
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Meticulous, proactive, independent, and responsible individual.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Salary commensurate with experience

**Requirements**:

- Min 2 year experience as Inventory Controller or Warehousing
- Computer Literate & Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of DEAR(CIN7) WMS would be advantageous.
- Must be able to understand English and Chinese.
