As a Business Development Manager, you will serve as an ambassador for the Talent Plus brand and align the needs of our clients with our portfolio of solutions and services. You will lead the entire sales lifecycle and be responsible for discovering new business, establishing strong relationships with clients, and securing sales. You will work and collaborate with other departments including Marketing, Consulting, Research and Client Success to grow our science of human potentiality.
